Jack's Seafood Restaurant

OMG this location is amazing and the inside is very spacious with plenty of room. The food is very southern and flavorful, I must admit I was very impressed with the food and the staff. Props to our waitress "Chasidy" very fun and professional, makes everything from start to finish a great time. This was my first time visiting the Falls Of Neuse location & I will definitely be back.

I went in yesterday and ordered a plate. I used a card, and the lady swiped it twice. So I used another card, same bank. The younger girl swiped, and it went through. The issue I later found out was an issue with Visa. They changed something with their system, and it was declining older card purchase transactions. The issue I had was that the older lady made the comment that there was no money in the account. Since I knew there was money in the account, I did not say anything. However, I have been in customer service for years. Before a cashier says something like that out loud in front of other customers, they should know their facts. The food has always been good, but when we patronize our own people, we tend to get the worst treatment. The proper thing to have said is, would you like to use another form of payment as this one is not going through. Not there is no money in your account, which was an incorrect assumption on her part. It was unprofessional, but I usually go to the other location. It was my first time at that location.
